Metal Roofing Crew Leader

Due to our continued growth we are in search of the right individual who has the leadership qualities and experience to lead, build, train and develop a crew for us and run an efficient job site while producing top quality work and customer service.

Note: This position is not for a sit-in-the-truck and give directions type person. This person must be a hands on individual who knows they have the technical skill along with the ability to teach and lead the less experienced guys.

Qualifications:

• Min 3 years roofing experience
• Experience working with a variety of metal roof styles is preferred
• Experience leading a crew
• Experience running a job site efficiently and professionally
• Experience with residential metal roofing is preferred
